This homemade tangy redcurrant jelly pairs well with baked cheeses and a variety of meats such as lamb or venison, this also complements our other chutneys to form a cold meat platter.
Our family favourite is to slow roast Herefordshire Lamb and slather it all over for the last hour of cooking, for the vegetarian option our jelly is excellent with roasted portobello mushrooms topped with roasted goats cheese.
