We have teamed our scrumptious blackcurrants with British CASSIS, from an excellent local food producer based in Lyonshall, Herefordshire. The combination of the two has produced a silky sweet blackcurrant jam, formidable in flavour.
Handmade in small batches using traditional methods to our family recipe, this is one of our more unusual but flavoursome jams.
